On November 16, UEFA released the UEFA Sustainable Infrastructure Guidelines. A document to help make the European football infrastructure more sustainable and share best practices for new generations. The Johan Cruijff ArenA played an important role in the creation and realisation of the publication. Together with the UEFA and other prominent stadiums, the ArenA took part in the main panel discussion.
On October 26th, the Pitch Day of the UEFA EURO 2024 Hackathon took place in the Host City Stuttgart in Germany. Innovators, professionals and fans could sign up for the Hackathon with their ideas about digital transformation, sustainability and fan experience.
