Every day, nearly 70 passionate professionals work towards our ambitions and to ensure the best possible visitor experience for the more than two million visitors the Johan Cruijff ArenA welcomes each year. In addition, during major events, we draw on a pool of stewards and hostesses who ensure a warm welcome and a safe environment.
We are a close-knit team of enthusiastic people and are proud of the results we achieve. We balance hard work with fun outings organised by, amongst others, the staff association. As Johan Cruijff always said:

Work & Hospitality
Amsterdam Zuidoost is full of opportunity. As the Netherlands’ leading events district, the ArenA area offers a wide range of jobs in hospitality, events, and services. Yet employers and local talent do not always find each other naturally.
That is why Johan Cruijff ArenA, Randstad, Vivell, and several partners have joined forces in the Work & Hospitality programme. This initiative brings employers and job seekers closer together, making opportunities both visible and accessible. From introductory pathways to actual job openings through open hiring, the programme helps people take the next step towards employment in their own neighbourhood.
