A lasting connection: partnership with the Johan Cruyff Foundation renewed
We are extending our partnership with the Johan Cruyff Foundation for the next three years. Guided by Johan Cruyff’s philosophy, we will continue to work together to make sport and physical activity accessible to children and young people.
The extension is marked by visible milestones: the ArenA will remain the home of the Cruyff Legacy 14K and recently hosted the premiere of the Cruyff documentary. With this renewed partnership, we underline our shared belief that sport contributes to personal development and equal opportunities. There will be a particular focus on sport, talent and physical activity in Amsterdam Zuidoost, in line with Johan Cruyff’s vision.

Start of the renovation of our towers
The Johan Cruijff ArenA has begun a major refresh of the four towers next to the long stairwells. These iconic structures, recognisable by the dishes on top, will receive a complete repainting in the coming months. This ensures the stadium remains in top condition and continues to reflect the experience we want to offer our visitors.
