What we do
Often our clients initially ask us to provide one or more Training Courses for their management or staff. We provide training in all subjects relevant to venue development and management. A Training Course can help our clients decide on which approach to take in their Venue Development process. Subsequently, in the Venue Development phase we prepare a feasibility study, an analysis of financing options and/or a business plan. Our studies and plans are often used to convince stakeholders or to create a joint vision that helps start the actual development of a venue. During the construction phase we continue to provide our input from an experienced ‘venue operator’ perspective and often assist in Establishing the Venue Organization. In the past few years, we have started taking on a prominent role in the fulltime or interim Management of Venues worldwide.
As independent consultants and (interim) managers, we have gained wide-ranging experience in the fields of venue development and management. We advise and support our clients with our extensive practical knowledge in all relevant areas. By sharing our vision and experience, we are able to create, together with our clients, venues that are sustainable from the social, environmental, and financial perspectives. We combine a thorough knowledge of the local market with the advisory power of our internationally operating experienced consultants and managers. We always adapt to local culture and legislation and strive to be part of a local team.
Our services are coordinated from Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Brasília (Brazil). A fast-growing company, we are about to open offices in a number of other countries.
