Work on the ArenA roof in September
In September, large-scale work will take place on the roof of the Johan Cruijff ArenA. The drive system of the retractable roof will be renewed. Among other things, new electric motors will be installed.
Roof closed during matches
To carry out the work efficiently and carefully, the roof will remain closed throughout the entire month of September, also during the football matches. Visitors to the ArenA will not be affected by the work; during matches, it will not be visible to the public. The work is being carried out with a focus on quality and safety, ensuring that the ArenA is ready for the future.
