Escalators
To move easily through the stadium, you can use various escalators. Depending on your entrance, these go to the first or second ring.
Lifts
Lifts are available for visitors with reduced mobility or are using a wheelchair. The lifts go up to the highest level. They can be found at Main entrance E and the goal side entrances B and H. Seating for the disabled
We like to offer supporters in a wheelchair a good view when they come to see an Ajax or Orange match. Are you coming to a concert or other event and are you in a wheelchair? Then we would like to hear from you in advance.

Ajax audio for the blind and visually impaired
People with visual impairments can also enjoy football in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. On the platform behind the North side goal there are special seats with a radio connection. Here you can enjoy the football match from kick-off to the final whistle thanks to a live radio commentary by special guest reporters. These are well-known Dutch people or talented radio reporters who ensure that you will not miss one exciting moment of the match.
Guide and service dogs are welcome
Your guide or assistance dog is welcome at the busy Johan Cruijff ArenA. Please inform the organizer of the event in advance so that we can prepare for the arrival of your guide or service dog in the busy stadium.
