Everyone is welcome at our events. Visitors with a disability who require support outside the stadium are kindly asked to attend with a companion. Visitors who are fully independent outside the stadium are, of course, also very welcome to attend on their own.
Buying tickets
Tickets can be purchased via the event organiser, such as the KNVB, Ajax, MOJO or Rocket.
For visitors with a disability, we recommend purchasing tickets in the first tier (Level 1). This level is less steep and therefore requires less use of stairs. If you will be using a wheelchair during the event, you will need to purchase wheelchair-accessible tickets. These tickets always include one seat for a companion.

Ajax audio for the visually impaired
We believe it’s important that everyone can enjoy themselves in the ArenA — even if you have a visual impairment. Through ajax.nl/audio you can listen live to commentary of Ajax matches with audio description, without any delay. This way, you can follow the match closely on your own (fully charged) phone. Don’t forget to bring your earphones, headphones, or headset.
