Our visitors are central to everything we do. When you're in our stadium for a Dutch National Team match, we want to give you the best possible evening. To gain more insight into what contributes to a good experience, we'd like to engage with our visitors. Were you at Netherlands - France? Then we're looking for you!

Reason for the Research

With this research, we want to better understand your thoughts and feelings about your visit to the Johan Cruijff ArenA during a Netherlands match. This includes buying your tickets, information provided beforehand, traveling to the stadium, parking, entrance, finding your seat, and using the hospitality services. We'll use the research results to make the visitor experience even more positive in the future.

Who Can Participate?

Everyone who attended Netherlands - France on Friday, October 13, 2023.

How Does It Work?

The research involves an in-depth, small-scale, and qualitative study. It will be conducted by our partner Altuition via an online interview of 1 to 1.5 hours through Microsoft Teams. Additionally, we'll send you a short preparation assignment before the interview that takes a maximum of 15 minutes.

Of course, there's a nice reward for your contribution to this research. Every participant receives two tickets for the Netherlands - Ireland match on Saturday, November 18, 2023.
