New Generation of Stadium Security Staff get Ready for the Johan Cruijff ArenA

Thanks to a special partnership between Stichting Stewarding Triple A and MBO College Southeast (ROC van Amsterdam), Security students are getting their first taste of working life in the ArenA.

Inspiring place to Learn

Triple A is a collaboration between Ajax and the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Through this collaboration, we can train stadium security staff in-house according to the highest standards of the KNVB and UEFA. And that at the Netherlands' most vibrant event location: where aspiring security professionals learn how to welcome thousands of visitors while ensuring safety at all times. Navid Madani, chairman of MBO College Southeast, is very enthusiastic: "This partnership offers our students a unique opportunity to develop their skills in an inspiring environment."

House of Safety: Investing in Talent Together

The collaboration is part of House of Safety. This project focuses on strengthening the security sector and gives young people from the local nieghbourhood opportunities to grow in the security profession. Triple A trains the students so they can advance to jobs at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. That’s how we help provide opportunities for the talent of tomorrow.
