A partnership inspired by innovation

During the pandemic, as fan safety was brought into even sharper focus, TIXNGO proved its value by helping the stadium to reopen more safely: its technology not only allowed event organisers to track ticket holders, but to submit health protocol notifications and questionnaires directly to their phones.
As well as its positive social impact - like reducing the ecological footprint by eliminating paper tickets - TIXNGO has delivered a wide range of benefits based on the knowledge they have about their customers. By gathering ticket buyers’ data, for example, it’s helping to enhance the Johann Cruijff ArenA’s marketing, while helping them to communicate directly with fans.
Security is another key benefit: by creating unique, encrypted, fully traceable mobile tickets, TIXNGO is eliminating fraud. It’s a major win for both event organisers and fans, making it safer and easier for people to buy, transfer or resell tickets, directly from their smartphone app.
A growing local team
In the last 3 years, TIXNGO has been used to safely distribute thousands of mobile tickets at the Johann Cruijff ArenA – elevating fans’ experience, while helping event organisers to understand and connect better with their audiences. Inspired by this success, the company will soon be opening a new office in Amsterdam to serve its growing roster of clients in the region.
