What does it actually take to keep a stadium alive every single day? How do you keep the pitch in perfect shape, make sure thousands of visitors find their seats safely, and run an event without a hitch?

With real hands-on assignments, the students got to work with all the different teams that make the ArenA what it is today. For example, catering partner Hutten showed them how to set the perfect table. A steward explained how we keep the ArenA safe for every visitor, and together with our event manager they explored what it takes to organise everything — from the smallest gatherings to the biggest events.

A stage for talent

The ArenA Talent Experience proves that talent is everywhere, sometimes all you need is a glimpse behind the scenes to spark it. The Johan Cruijff ArenA feels deeply connected to Amsterdam Zuidoost and proudly opens its doors to the youth in the neighbourhood.
