We believe it’s important that everyone can enjoy a concert at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, including visitors with a visual impairment. That’s why this year, at every concert in the ArenA, you can listen live to an audio description. This way, you can follow everything happening on stage in vivid detail.

How it works
It’s simple. On this page, you’ll find a player you can open directly in your browser. You can listen along using your own (charged) phone. Just don’t forget to bring your earphones, headphones, or headset.
You’ll also be able to communicate directly with the commentary team via WhatsApp on the night of the concert. Do you already have questions about the audio description for the show?

FAQ
Can I get earphones somewhere?
No, earphones or headphones are not available in the stadium. Please bring your own earphones or headphones to use the audio description. Make sure your phone and/or earphones are fully charged. Bringing a power bank is also recommended.
Does it work throughout the entire ArenA?
Yes. You can listen anywhere in the stadium using your own phone or tablet. You don’t need special tickets or a fixed seat to use the audio description. With your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection, you should stay connected for the entire concert.
What if the connection drops?
First check whether your internet connection is active (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Then go back to johancruijffarena.nl/audio to restart the stream. If you still can’t reconnect, contact the commentary team via WhatsApp through this page. They’ll be happy to help you.
