Everything about the premiere of CRUIJFF

On Saturday, 21 March 2026, a spectacular evening at the ArenA will be entirely dedicated to one name: Cruijff. Nearly ten years after his passing, the four-part documentary series CRUIJFF will have its world premiere. Featuring never-before-seen footage, personal audio tapes, and stories from the family archive, you will see Johan as you have never seen him before. Curious about what to expect? Read on below.

During the premiere, the first two 45-minute episodes will be screened on large screens throughout the ArenA. An evening where Cruijff’s life, vision, and impact come together in a way that can be experienced nowhere else.

No fewer than 14 screens with a total surface area of 852 m² will be installed in the Johan Cruijff ArenA, creating a setting for the docuseries that far exceeds the meaning of “premiere-worthy.”
