Tickets

For all prices, please visit our online shop, where you can find the prices for each tour.

If you book in advance, you can be sure there’ll be a seat for you. If you buy a ticket at the stadium, it may be busy and you might have to wait a while.

We are a cash-free stadium, so it is not possible to buy a ticket with cash.

If you are unable to book the tour you have chosen on a particular day or at a particular time, it may be that it is completely sold out or that no tours are taking place on that day due to an event.

You can book for groups via the online shop. If you’d like to visit with a school class or a football team, we’d advise you to email tour@johancruijffarena.nl first.

On presentation of your stadium tour ticket or lanyard, you’ll receive a 10% discount on purchases at the Ajax fan shop.

If you are genuinely unable to attend, we can reschedule the date and time free of charge. Please send us an email, including your booking details.

Tours

We offer a range of stadium tours. You can see all the products we currently have on offer in the online shop. The most standard tour is the classic tour, which is self-guided.

The classic tour is always self-guided. If you’d like a guided tour, you can book the guided stadium tour or the VIP tour.

All our guides speak Dutch and English. If you would like to receive the information in your own language during the tour, you can do so using the AudioGuide. This is available in German, English, French, Italian, Dutch and Spanish.

Absolutely! You’ll finish the stadium tour at the Ajax Gallery of Fame.

You’ll walk round the stadium at your own pace, taking in all the highlights. Along the way, there are guides who can tell you all about the different areas. You can ask them any questions you like and/or have a chat with them.

The classic tour takes about 75 minutes. Of course, you decide for yourself how quickly you want to walk around.

A VIP tour lasts 2 hours, including a drink in the skylounge to relax for a while.

The VIP tour can accommodate up to 12 people, which allows us to keep the tour exclusive.

We offer innovation tours. These are exclusive, tailor-made tours. If you are interested, please email tour@johancruijffarena.nl.

Accessibility

All stadium tours start in the main building at Entrance E, next to the Ajax fan shop and the ArenA Café.

You can park in P1, underneath the stadium. From there, walk towards Main Entrance E, where the stadium tour begins.

You can get off at Bijlmer ArenA station. From there, it’s an easy walk to the Johan Cruijff ArenA. You can also use the interactive map.

During the guided tour, we will be using escalators. To get to the pitch, the press room and the museum, we will be using stairs.

During the guided tour, we make frequent use of escalators and stairs. We would therefore ask you to contact us after booking so that we can arrange a guide for you. You can do this by emailing tour@johancruijffarena.nl.

Unfortunately, we do not provide wheelchairs for loan at the stadium. We recommend that you bring your own wheelchair to ensure a comfortable visit.

Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring a pram or pushchair into the stadium.

In the stadium

Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted and, unfortunately, there are no storage facilities available at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. We would ask you to bear this in mind. There are lockers available around the Johan Cruijff ArenA where you can store your personal belongings.

You can do this at https://www.lockerpoint.com/nl/locatie/lockerpoint-arenapoort-p5/

The changing room is not always available. On days when Ajax have a match, the players use this room. On other match days too, even when Ajax are playing away, the changing room may not be accessible.

During the tour, you are allowed to take photos and videos, but only with your mobile phone or a small handheld camera. Professional cameras are not permitted in the stadium.

Unfortunately, there are no facilities for buying food or drink inside the stadium during the tour. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of the arena where you can have something to eat or drink before or after the tour.

For opening times, please check our online shop, which is always up to date with the latest information for all guided tours.
