Exactly thirty years after the opening of the Johan Cruijff ArenA, we launch the first episode of our podcast series, featuring Danny and Daley Blind alongside podcast host and author Arco Gnocchi as they share their personal memories of the stadium.
Danny experienced the ArenA’s early years as a player and later returned as a coach and member of the Ajax organisation. Daley grew up with the stadium, celebrated domestic and European success there, and recently made his return to Ajax. Together, their stories weave together three decades of Ajax history at the ArenA.
