Johan Cruijff ArenA Experience XXL: a day full of discovery
On Wednesday 6 May, the Johan Cruijff ArenA hosted Experience XXL, welcoming around 900 children in collaboration with the ABN AMRO Foundation and the Ajax Foundation.
Instead of matches and full stands, the day was all about exploring, doing and experiencing. In the press room, children asked their own questions, they discovered stadium safety through an interactive game, and they learned how the pitch is maintained.
By actively taking part, the children gained a clearer understanding of everything that goes into running a stadium. From the preparations behind the scenes to the people who ensure everything runs smoothly on the day itself.
Experience XXL is organised together with the ABN AMRO Foundation and the Ajax Foundation. Through this partnership, we make it easy for children to get to know the ArenA and discover everything that happens behind the scenes.
