2022 has been a year full of memorable moments in the Johan Cruijff ArenA: winning the 36th (national) league title in a thrilling atmosphere, dancing all night long in the world’s biggest nightclub during Sensation White and more than a 130 thousand fans singing along with Ed Sheeran’s biggest hits.

In 2023, the calendar of the Johan Cruijff ArenA will again be filled with the biggest events. Think of the recently announced The Weeknd shows, the kick-off of Metallica’s M72 world tour or Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour that the band has pledged to make as sustainable and low-carbon as possible.

For the second half of the football season, a new pitch will be installed. The ‘Klassieker’ Ajax – Feyenoord and Europa League match versus Union Berlin are two exciting games to look forward to that will be played on this brand new pitch.
