Become a steward at the Johan Cruijff ArenA

Working at Ajax’s home ground during the most exciting events – that’s what you can do as a steward at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Each month, you’ll work at between 2 and 5 events, including Ajax’s home matches and those of the Dutch national team. You’ll be the face of the stadium, ensuring the best possible service and hospitality for our visitors. You’re observant, keep an eye on things and approach visitors effortlessly to offer assistance. Will you come and help look after Ajax’s home ground?

Even though there are fifty thousand of you, it still feels like a family
