At every Netherlands match at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, thousands of fans drive to the stadium. Many of the seats in these cars are empty – there’s a better way. Better for the climate, better for your wallet and much more fun. After all, how great is it to get to know other Netherlands fans from your neighbourhood on the way to the match? On this page, you can find out how to offer a lift or join other fans for a ride.
Sell a car seat
Share your empty car seat(s) in the widget at the bottom of this page. Click on: ‘Offer a lift’. Fans in your area who are looking for a lift can then contact you by email to ask if they can come along. Once you’ve confirmed this with them by email, you can then arrange a convenient meeting point between yourselves and decide whether you’d like to share any costs, such as petrol or parking.
Want a ride?
Are you looking for a ride to join? Click on the widget at the bottom of this page and then on “Available Rides.” Find a ride near you and let the host know you’d like to join. An email will then be sent to the person offering the ride. As soon as they confirm via email, your ride is all set. Tip: In the “Personal Message” field, leave a brief note explaining why you’d like to join and include your cell phone number.
