We believe it is important that everyone should be able to enjoy a concert at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, even if you have a visual impairment. That is why, at all concerts at the ArenA this year, you can listen to a live audio description. This allows you to follow everything that is happening on stage, down to the last detail.
How it works
It’s simple. On this page, you’ll find a player you can open directly in your browser. You can listen along using your own (charged) phone. Just don’t forget to bring your earphones, headphones, or headset.

Can I get earphones anywhere?
No, earphones or headphones are not available in the stadium. Please bring your own earphones or headphones to use the audio description service.
Does it work throughout the entire ArenA?
Yes. You can listen anywhere in the stadium via your own phone or tablet. You do not need special tickets or a reserved seat to use the audio description. You should remain connected throughout the concert via your mobile data or Wi-Fi connection.
What if the connection drops?
First, check that your internet connection is active (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Then go back to johancruijffarena.nl/audio to restart the stream. If you’re unable to reconnect, please contact the commentary team via WhatsApp using this page. They’ll be happy to help.
