The responsible party
Stadion Amsterdam C.V., a limited partnership (commanditaire vennootschap) with its registered office and place of business in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, at ArenA Boulevard 1 [postcode 1101 AX], listed in the Trade Register of the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 33254163, hereinafter referred to as: “Johan Cruijff ArenA”, is the party responsible for processing your personal data via the Website.
The right to enter into obligations
Personal data supplied by you
In general, we collect personal data that you voluntarily provide via the Website. When you register for our newsletter, we ask you for your forename and surname and a valid email address. We also ask you to provide a prefix to your surname (if relevant) and your telephone number (although you are not required to provide these). If you order admission tickets via the Website, we will ask you for your name and address details as well as your telephone number, email address and payment details.
Data that are collected automatically
An "Internet Protocol address" or "IP Address" is a series of numbers that is automatically assigned to your computer when it uses the internet. In some cases the IP address is always the same when you connect to the internet. However, if you connect via a commercial internet provider, your IP address is probably different each time you connect. We can ascertain your IP address whenever you use the Website.
The purpose of collecting your Personal data; disclosure of your data
We use the personal data that you provide to us (via the Website) solely for the following purposes: for concluding the agreement (e.g. for processing your order or sending you our newsletter), providing access to the services and products offered via the Website, improving the Website, enhancing the Website (operation and support) to meet your needs better and, at your request, providing you with additional (promotional) information, functionalities and special offers.
We may make your personal data available to third parties (service providers) who, on our behalf or together with us, offer some of our services and products (e.g. the admission tickets offered via the Website) and who help us to communicate with you. This involves, for example, sending emails, analysing data, offering market support, processing payments (including credit card payments) and customer service. We require these service providers to undertake that they will only use your personal data to the extent that is necessary to be able to provide you (also on our behalf) with the services in question. If you send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will send you a list of service providers with whom we share your personal data.
We may disclose your personal data (to third parties) if we have good reason to believe that this is necessary (a) in order to comply with the applicable law or in response to a court order; or (b) to protect and defend our rights, property, you or third parties.
Except in the cases referred to above, the personal data collected by us will not be sold, traded, leased to or otherwise shared with third parties unless you give us permission to do so.
Your personal data will not be held in a form that is possible to identify you any longer than is necessary in order to process them for the purposes for which they are collected and are subsequently processed. This includes preventing and detecting fraud as well as misuse of our website.

Your choices with regard to your personal data
We offer you various choices with regard to the collection, use and sharing of your personal data. You are at any time entitled to request that we no longer contact you for marketing purposes. If you receive promotional material from us (including the newsletter), you may indicate that you no longer wish to receive it. In that case you can use the “opt-out” option by following the opt-out instructions given in the promotional email that you receive from us. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at email@example.com.
Request for inspection
You are entitled to, freely and at reasonable intervals, request us to inform you as to whether, which and how personal data relating to you are being processed. You can avail yourself of this right by emailing your request for inspection to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Request for removal or correction
If there are any changes to your name, postal address or other data that are traceable to a person, you can notify us of these by sending an email to email@example.com. Everyone is at all times entitled to request that his or her data be removed. On your request, Johan Cruijff ArenA will immediately (or as soon as possible) remove the information that was required for registration. To enable us to comply with a request for removal or correction, you must state the data that you provided for registration. We will contact you at the email address indicated by you when you registered. You can email a request for removal or correction (including any addition) to firstname.lastname@example.org. The data provided by you may also be removed on Johan Cruijff ArenA’s initiative. Johan Cruijff ArenA may, for example, decide to do this if you inform us that you no longer wish to use the products and/or services of Johan Cruijff ArenA.
If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data does not serve any legitimate interests of Johan Cruijff ArenA or a third party, you can lodge an objection to this. Based on these grounds and your own particular personal circumstances, you can submit your objection to email@example.com or Johan Cruijff ArenA’s postal address, which is given above. Within four weeks of receiving your objection, Johan Cruijff ArenA will decide whether it is founded. If it is, Johan Cruijff ArenA will immediately stop processing your data. Johan Cruijff ArenA is entitled to charge EUR 5.00 for processing your objection. If your objection is declared founded, Johan Cruijff ArenA will refund this charge.
We attach great importance to protecting your personal data. To help us guard against unauthorised use of them, we use various security techniques and procedures that meet industrial standards. Although we have taken considerable measures to protect your personal data, there is not a single company, including us, that is able to eliminate all the risks to which your personal data may be subject.
