We analyzed the stadium design from an experienced venue operator’s perspective. Our recommendations included methods to optimize the stadium logistics. As part of a DBFOT tender procedure we prepared a detailed management plan for 30 years that showed a feasible business case, based on the Beijing market. The concept we developed was highly praised by the Beijing DBFOT tender committee and this contributed greatly to the success of the winning bid of our client.
